A new Guadalupe Bass record
Just saw a pretty cool article from the Houston Chronicle about Bryan Townsends new state record (and pending IGFA world record) guadalupe bass: http://www.chron.com/hunting-fishing/article/Special-fishery-spawns-record-Guadalupe-Bass-5321137.php
It was caught on a trip to the Lower Colorado River with Shea McClanahan from All Water Guides. I have to admire the work they put in to make sure they kept that fish alive and that it was documented as a pure strain Guadalupe bass. Congrats to the angler and the guide, that is a fish of a lifetime!
